eSubmission Overview 

Please register your company account via this link. https://esubmission.govos.com/landing

• Once you get to the page where it’s asking for your payment information, please send an email to Fred and Becky: FSheeler@berkspa.gov; RBloomer@berkspa.gov
• They will let GovOS know and we will make the change to the account.
• You will be notified when you can continue setting up your account.
• Click on Submit and the Registration will go to the Recorder of Deeds Office for approval.
• You will receive a reply that it has been accepted
• You can then add team members to the Account
• You will be able to start submitting documents starting 2/1/2025

The Recorders of Deeds Office will be turning off the older portal over the next week or so. Those with Escrow accounts are encouraged to use that site until they spend their balance.
