Active
Regular: $257; Government: $200
- Any person licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania who either resides or maintains their principal office for the practice of law in Berks County and who is neither an associate, senior, or retired member of the bar association;
- Judges, senior judges, justices or senior justices of the Common Pleas Court, any Pennsylvania Appellate Court or Federal Judiciary who either reside in or regularly maintain court in Berks County.
- Discounted rates available for new attorneys from year 1 to year 5.
- The Board of Directors may from time to time establish additional categories of active members. Annual dues based upon admission to the Supreme Court.
Associate
$212
- Any person licensed to practice
- does not reside or have a principal office for the practice of law in Berks County or
- resides in Berks County but devotes less than a majority of that person’s time practicing law;
- or any person licensed to practice law in good standing in a state other than Pennsylvania and who maintains an office in Berks County for the practice of law.
Senior

- Any person licensed to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania who:
- has reached seventy (70) years of age or:
- is disabled as that term is defined for purposes of Social Security
Retired

- Any person who retires from the practice of law in this Commonwealth or:
- places their license to practice law on inactive status, and
- is at least fifty (50) years of age, and
- was an active member of the association for at least ten (10) years
Law Student

- Any person enrolled in good standing at any accredited school of law
