Berks County Court Administration has posted the 2023 Civil Argument Court dates on the county website. The schedule is issued daily and reflects both Criminal and Civil cases for various types of proceedings in the Court of Common Pleas and includes information as to the presiding Judges, times, and courtroom locations of the proceedings being held each day.

Members can find this information on the “Schedules and Forms” section of the county website here. Some Argument and Moving Praecipe dates have been adjusted in accordance with the County of Berks holiday schedule.
