Regular Criminal Cases: Effective with Preliminary Hearings held on or after January 9, 2023, the MDJ to Judge alignment will be as follows for regular criminal cases.

Effective January 9, 2023 MDJ Alignment

Judge Yatron’s Pending Cases:

  • Judge Yatron’s pending homicide cases have already been individually reassigned to other judges.
  • Judge Yatron’s “active” regular criminal and miscellaneous docket cases will be reassigned to Judge Geishauser effective January 17, 2023.

Summary Appeal Cases: Judge Sprecher will begin hearing Summary Appeal cases in January 2023.  All of Senior Judge Boccabella’s “active” cases have been reassigned to Judge Sprecher as of January 3, 2023. Cost hearings will continue to be heard by Judge Parisi.

ICC Cases: Judge Lillis will begin hearing ICC cases in February 2023.  All of Judge Boyd’s “active” cases have been reassigned to Judge Lillis as of January 3, 2023.
