The Berks County Court of Common Pleas has made the following changes to Family Court case assignments, effective January 3, 2023.

President Judge Thomas G. Parisi issued an Administrative Order increasing the assessment of the Crime Victim Services and Compensation Act fees to a total of $100.

Please be advised that Juvenile Court Operations Manager Kristen Schlottman has transferred to another position within the Courts.

The Berks County Courts (23rd Judicial District) remain in an ongoing judicial emergency. Due to the rising number of positive COVID cases in Berks County, further efforts have been made to reduce the amount of people present in court facilities while keeping the courts open to the public.
